Today I did laundry and cooked. I had a bunch of mismatched things to use up, and so:
Slow cooked sausage and cabbage:
four hot Italian sausages
one can diced tomatoes, half a green cabbage sliced, two green peppers sliced
basil, oregano, salt, pepper
1/2 can tomato paste, white wine, cup of chicken broth
slowcooked for an age or two
Savory bread pudding:
quarter loaf olive bread,...

I am in awe of your mad cooking skillz.
Aw! Well I’m by no means gourmet. Most of what I make is quite home style. I have the advantage of people to cook for, and the requirement from a young age that I would. When cooking is one of your chores, you’re forced to make it taste good. :)

After work and blog business, I cooked.
Meat pie:
minced ground beef
mushrooms, carrots
onions, garlic
tomato-beef gravy from scratch
cumin, thyme, salt, pepper
Pork soup:
stewing pork
diced tomatoes
onions, garlic
chopped collards
broth from scratch (previously)
white kidney beans
paprika, cayenne, thyme, salt, pepper
Two dinners done!
